Billing

If you are unsure as to why you were charged by our company, please call (855) 823 – 7486 or email [email protected]. One of our agents will help you understand what the charges are for. Sometimes customers don’t notice that their product comes with a membership to one of our subscription programs. We don’t want customers billed for subscription programs for which they didn’t realize they signed up, so please do not hesitate to contact us if this happens. As per our refund policy, we will refund you up to sixty days of subscription payments right away.
Some of our product offers bill in this way until they bill the total cost of the product and/or shipping. For example, some of our products cost $10 in total, but the customer is billed $2 for five days. These payments have nothing to do with one of our subscription programs. Once this series of payments has been collected you will no longer be billed. Products that bill this way are listed as doing so both on the sales page from which you ordered and in the shopping cart when you go to check out. Should you wish to request a copy of one of these for verification please call (855) 823 – 7486 or email [email protected] asking for your billing information.

Refund requests made over the phone will be handled right then and there. One of our support agents will cancel your subscription and refund you up to sixty days of subscription payments for the program. If you request a refund via our “Contact Us” forms, a customer support agent will email you back with the confirmation regarding your successful refund.

Unfortunately, upon canceling your subscription to the National Self-Reliance Inititative, you will no longer be able to log into the program; therefore, you will lose access to its content.

Please let us know why you are seeking a refund for one of our products so that we can provide better assistance to you. Oftentimes when people ask for refunds for one of our products, it’s because their product has taken too long to ship and hasn’t arrived at its destination yet. If this is the case, we can send out the product again absolutely free of charge. We’ll do the same if your product arrives broken, so let us know what issue you’re having so we can provide you the help that best handles your issue.

Upon signing up for a membership or purchasing a product that comes with a membership, you are sent an email in which there is a link you can click that brings you to the site on which you can set up your username and password. Should you know the email with which you used on our site please click the link to reset your password. If you cannot locate the email, please call (855) 823 – 7486 or email [email protected] and we will provide you with a new username and password.

Our local support can be reached 9am – 5pm Est. Issues will be handled immediately over the phone. Emails will be replied to ASAP, within 24 hours typically.

Our refund policy for products is as follows: we will refund products up to sixty days after purchase. To begin this process please call (855) 823 – 7486 or email [email protected] asking for a product refund. Prior to issuing the refund the support team will provide you with instructions on returning your product. Once we have received your returned product a full refund will be issued.

If you request a cancellation through email, a customer support agent will email you back with the information regarding your successful cancellation and confirming that no further payments will be charged.
